1. The tension is unbearable  for the cheating spouse.  They are always on the alert because they might be caught out and so they are terrified of leaving or forgetting incriminating clues. Cheating is complicated because they are trying to run two or three lives at a time . Also,you may start to notice a few strange things.

2. Look out for a paper or plastic trail from bank statements or credit card details if you can get your hands on them. If they are showering their new lover with gifts, an they nearly always do, then that is going to show up somewhere on their finances. Similarly you can get to discover text messages, new phone numbers added ,and so on. But beware that your spouse could well have a second phone for his or illicit meetings. Without a phone, it is very  difficult to organize everything so they will be crafty and may just get another phone which they will keep secretly.

3. Mysterious movements and irregular hours may all be signs of a cheating spouse. There may be an increase in popping out to do some minor task or job. Also, there is a definite increase in the number of times they are away from home, supposedly on business trips. This can be easily checked out by double checking with a colleague or secretary. You can do this very discreetly.

4. Check dirty laundry and note any irregular showering patterns. Do not forget the clothes left in the car after business trips or which are kept there for emergencies and so on.

5. If you suspect that there  is some traffic going on through the social networking system, get in there and get a Facebook account or Twitter account and try and set up your own account under another alias of course. You can then become his or her friend and you will be very surprised at all the information you will receive!

6. Your spouse’s computer may provide you with some interesting information. You can see whether the history of searches is regularly cancelled. This may lead you to suspect that there is something going on.

These then are the signs of a cheating spouse. But this is just the beginning.
